We design various media products with specific targets in ministry. The office is largely an inter-personal (person to person) media based evangelism. Lutheran congregation teams work with the office to do evangelism to their
neighborhood. This is mostly unmediated and direct.

Outreach with Churches
Monthly missions or as we like to call them outreaches with Lutheran Churches raise an average
response rate of 3,000 per visit. One week mission/outreach involves mobilizing and sensitizing members through; outdoor programs in public centers, schools, institutions, individual home visit, drama & skits, songs and praise concluded by film show in the evening. Two dioceses, Lake and South West Diocese are engaged in comprehensive programs. Local members are trained on evangelism and follow-up.

Film Ministry
Film shows have a tremendous impact on rural folk, schools and prisoners. It is quite effective because it can reach many people per show and attracts both the literate and illiterate alike. We in evangelism have seen a large number of people touched by Jesus Film in their vernacular language. We have one major monthly mission, two weekend challenges and
quarterly cinema shows to schools and prisons. It is our best tool for evangelism because many people who do not attend church services nor crusades opt to watch the cinema/film.
For more information on the Film Ministry or on how to participate, please feel free to contact Peter Scotch, our Film Co-ordinator.

Schools Ministry
Over 65% of Kenyans are youth and children, mainly in schools and other institutions of learning. These are our primary targets with the gospel to schools. We do weekly visits to two schools. Skits, puppetry, drama, praise and worship, film and BCC enrolments provide appropriate media to
evangelize in schools. Since the year 2003, we have visited over 30 schools hence reaching a target audience of approximately 15,000 students. With the advent of the youth programs, we target high schools which are prone to serious abuse and bad influence.
